Your photos stay on your device

TrustQC Report Generator runs entirely in your browser. The photos you add, the captions and notes you type, and the reports that are generated are processed locally on your own device. They are never uploaded to, transmitted to, or stored on our servers. When you close the page, the in-memory data is gone; we could not recover your photos even if asked.

What data we do handle

Because the tool itself collects nothing, the personal data we may handle is limited to: (1) basic, privacy-respecting server logs from our hosting provider (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) used for security and to count visits; (2) if you subscribe to Pro when it launches, billing information handled by our payment provider acting as merchant of record — we receive your email address and subscription status, not your full card details; (3) emails you send us, if you contact support.

Cookies

The report tool does not set tracking cookies. Our payment provider may set cookies necessary for checkout if and when paid plans open.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with the processors needed to run the Service (hosting and, for paid plans, payment processing), or where required by law.

Your data rights

You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, correction of inaccurate data, and deletion of your data. To make a request, email us at [email protected] from the address associated with your subscription or correspondence, and tell us whether you want access, correction or deletion.

To close an account: cancel any active subscription (see the Cancellation section of our Terms) and email [email protected] asking us to close the account and delete your data. We will delete the personal data we hold (such as your email and support correspondence) except records we must keep for legal, tax or accounting purposes.

We respond to all data-rights and account-closure requests within 30 days. Note that photos and reports are never in our possession — they exist only on your device — so there is nothing for us to delete on that side; deleting them locally removes them permanently.
