Service description

TrustQC Report Generator ("the Service") is a browser-based tool that lets quality-control inspectors, sourcing agents and sellers arrange categorized inspection photos into reports and export them as Word (.docx) and PDF files. All photo processing happens locally in your browser; photos are not uploaded to our servers. The Free tier allows up to 30 photos per report and includes a small attribution footer line in generated reports. The paid Pro tier, when available, removes the photo limit and the footer line and may include additional features such as custom logos and templates. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and content of reports you generate and for having the right to use the photos you process.

Subscription billing and auto-renewal

When Pro becomes available, it will be offered as a subscription billed in advance at the price shown on the Pricing page (currently US$9.99 per month). Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless cancelled before the renewal date. Payments are processed by our payment provider acting as merchant of record; applicable taxes (including US sales tax and EU VAT) may be added where required. We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice by email or on this page; a price change takes effect from your next renewal after the notice period.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the cancellation link in your payment receipt emails, or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period; you keep Pro access until then, and no further charges will be made. Cancelling does not delete reports you have already generated — they are files on your own device.

Refund policy

If you are not satisfied, email [email protected] within 14 days of a charge and we will refund that charge in full, no questions asked. After the first 14 days of a billing period, fees are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law or where the Service was unavailable due to our fault for a substantial part of the period, in which case we will refund a fair proportion. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Term and termination

These Terms apply from your first use of the Service and continue until terminated. You may terminate at any time by stopping use of the Service and, if you have a subscription, cancelling it as described above; any account associated with the subscription will then be closed at the end of the billing period.

We may warn you, restrict features, suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms — for example by using the Service for unlawful content, attempting to circumvent Free-tier limits or technical protections at scale, abusing the Service, or infringing others' rights. For minor breaches we will normally warn you first and give you a chance to correct the issue; for serious breaches (including fraud, abuse or unlawful use) we may suspend or terminate immediately without prior warning.

If we terminate your access for breach, fees already paid for the current billing period are not refunded, except where the law requires otherwise. If we discontinue the Service entirely without cause, we will refund any prepaid fees covering the unused part of your current billing period. Sections on liability and refunds survive termination where they reasonably should.

Liability

The Service is provided "as is". Reports are generated from your photos and inputs, and we do not verify their contents. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
